Art Exhibit in Florence

The Florence County Library is hosting a career retrospective for Jane Jackson. The show opens October 10 and runs until January 17th. You can find the exhibit on the second floor of the Drs. Bruce and Lee Foundation Library in the Dr. N Lee Morris Gallery. Don't miss it!

A New Day notecards

This has been on my mind for years, especially since Kim, my daughter, lost her fight with cancer in 2016. My mother had breast cancer and I lost my aunt on my daddy’s side to breast cancer. My cousin found out she had breast cancer. She didn’t tell her mama and passed away after her mama. I also have lost other family members to breast cancer. This is for them and all who have experienced the fight for “A New Day” against breast cancer. I decided to make notecards for everyone to send to their loved ones.
